30 Day Incentive:  Book today with arrival within the next thirty days and receive the special rate of $1,375.00 per week. This is a special rate to fill any openings we may have within the next thirty calendar days. This special only applies to Bookings with arrival at the home within thirty days.

• A $300 refundable security deposit is required on all rentals.

• The rates listed above are for occupancies of up to 6 people. There is a maximum of 6 people staying at the property - NO EXCEPTIONS
• Holiday rate $2,300 per week (minimum 7 night stay) for the weeks of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
• Rates are subject to change, but of course existing reservations will be honored.
• The rental payment and security deposit are required no later than 60 days prior to the first day of rental
• Cancellations, for any reason, made over 60 days prior to the rental date, receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations, for any reason, made 30-59 days prior to the rental date, receive the security back but forfeit the 50% of the rental payment.
• Cancellations, for any reason, made 1-29 days prior to the rental date, receive only the security deposit back.
